FDA Reopens Public Docket for LASIK Comments

On November 13, 2009, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced the reopening until November 15, 2010 of a public docket to receive information and comments on LASIK. Read notice

Follow the steps below to submit your comments and tell the FDA how LASIK negatively affected your vision and quality of life.

1. Go to www.regulations.gov

2. Follow the blue arrows: a) click "Open for Comment/Submission", b) enter "FDA–2008–N–0488", and c) click "Search".
